Our Co-Founder Professor ShiPeng Song, invented the world’s first rotary gamma knife and obtained US FDA certification in 19991 for late-stage tumor treatment. Our vision is to commercialize Professor Song’s latest generation radio surgical equipment, which can treat late-stage tumors, but we are focusing on new applications in treating obesity and diabetes.

We plan to initially focus on the US market. The U.S. weight management market size was estimated at USD $37.86 billion in 2023 and is expected to grow at a CAGR of ~11% from 2024 to 2030, according to Grand View Research. 2 The global market in 2023 for Anti-Obesity Medications (“AOMs”) reached ~$6 billion on an annualized basis. By 2030, it could grow by more than 16 times to ~$100 billion, according to Goldman Sachs Research.

Headaches, Indigestion (upset stomach) to more severe ones, including Pancreatitis. Medullar y thyroid cancer, Acute (sudden) kidney injur y and Worsening diabetes-related retinopathy. Our proposed one-time treatment, can be completed within one hour, which we believe can significantly reduce obesity with a “zap”in a small, targeted area of the brain, with almost zero side effects.
